1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made through FuryMC Store are final. Since our products are virtual in-game items and services that are delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
We may consider refunds only in the following cases:
- Duplicate Charge: If you were charged multiple times for the same item
- Technical Error: If the product was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
- Unauthorized Transaction: If you can provide proof of an unauthorized transaction
3. Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Account suspension or ban
- User error (wrong username entered)
- Products not as expected
- Server downtime or maintenance
- Any in-game issues after delivery
4. Wrong Username
If you entered the wrong Minecraft username:
- Contact support within 24 hours of purchase
- Provide proof of purchase (payment ID)
- We may transfer items to the correct account at our discretion
- A transfer fee may apply
5. Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based products:
- You can cancel subscriptions at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- After cancellation, you will retain access until the period ends
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us through Discord within 7 days of purchase
- Provide your payment ID/transaction receipt
- Explain the reason for the refund request
- Wait 3-5 business days for review
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Permanent ban from FuryMC services
- Loss of all purchased items
- IP address being blocked
8. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
